How to connect your console?

You can use the USB cable to connect your console for the first time and then press and hold the home button for 3 seconds on controller.

How to turn on/off ?

The wireless remote will turn on when you press the round button or connect with the computer by data cable. It will turn off when it has been disconnected for 5 minutes.
