- All collection must be done within 7 working days.

- There will be no refund for all orders not collected beyond 7 working days.

- For self-collection, please bring along your Mobile to show the QR code, to be accessed from Lazada application. After our verification, customers must inspect the product and click "order received" on the spot as precious metal items (i.e Gold) are not returnable.
