Track Control

Take control of your iPod/iPhone/iPad with the DR-EX12IP. You can use the in-line remote to skip to the next/previous track without ever taking the iPod out of your purse or pocket. You can also quickly pause the current song to engage in a side conversation, and then go back the music when you're finished by using the play function.

Volume Control

When your favorite song hits the playlist you can easily turn up the volume to your liking without having to go searching for your iPod or unlock the controls. You can also easily lower the volume by simply pressing the volume - control button. This feature is especially valuable when the quality of the audio tracks in your playlist vary and the in-line remote lets you adjust to those changes quickly. Higher quality tracks may appear to have a higher volume, whereas low quality tracks may leave you needing to increase the volume.

Microphone

Even when listening to music on your iPhone, you won't have to miss a call. The built-in microphone lets you take calls on the go. When you receive an incoming call while listening to the music, you can easily answer the call, which will switch the audio you hear from your music to your call. You also have the option to decline the call and keep listening to the music.

VoiceOver Support

With a simple press of a button, the VoiceOver support mode is activated where the iPod states the name of the currently playing song and allows you to navigate your playlist (on enabled devices).
