Following original proof of purchase are required during redemption of voucher: Show Transaction History + Original cut-out of serial number from carton box (Photos/ Pictures will NOT be accepted)
All grocery vouchers are on a "while-stocks-last" basis
The vouchers are NOT EXCHANGEABLE for cash or any other items.
No extension of redemption period or reservation of vouchers will be allowed.
Panasonic Singapore reserves the rights to reject any redemption that does not adhere to the process and requirements stated herein.
Panasonic Singapore reserves the rights to substitute the premium gifts/grocery vouchers with alternatives without any prior notice.

- Price stated applies to Standard basic installation up to 15 metres of piping. Additional charge applies for longer pipe run.
- Additional services, such as extra piping/materials, material upgrades, aircon ledge installation, cutting and patching of false ceilings, scaffolding services, and others, will incur extra charges. These will be determined by the installer during the site survey.
-The price does not include a Stainless-Steel Bracket or Power Point.
- Please note that no refunds will be provided after installation is completed.
- Our authorized third-party partners will reach out to you after payment to conduct a site survey and subsequently schedule the installation.
