Redemption Details:
*Hard copy of Lazada order & photo of serial number (product or label on carton box) must be presented at the point of redemption (Redemption @ Letrain).
*Kindly note that LG reserves the right to reject any redemption of purchased product if the redemption has exceed the dateline for redeem.
- Trade-In Promotion is valid from 21st June till further notice. Purchase LG TVs or Soundbars to be eligible for trade-in promotion, actual valuation will have to be done by delivery partner upon assessment of the TV ons-site. Only applicable for LG TVs.

LG Singapore Terms & Conditions for 30-day return policy:
- Only purchases that follow our valid return reasons are entitled to a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Once the period is exceeded, we will not accept any return. Therefore, please check on the condition of item(s) as soon as possible after delivery
- Valid return reasons are as follows:
- Received wrong item(s) from what was ordered.
- Do not want item(s) anymore (Change of Mind). If you have changed your mind and would like to return your item(s), please note that we only accept return that:
- Have not been opened and are in original condition i.e., with original labels, tags, security seals, serial numbers, etc. must be intact and not tampered with.
- Are in original box packaging, product packaging, includes but not limited to, protective shields, protective plastic, protective covers, product boxes, dust bag, accessories and peripherals that secure products for shipping must be included in the return package.
- Damaged/faulty item(s): This return reason requires approval from an LG technician. Please contact us via platform chat to arrange an onsite check before raising your request. If you raise return without a valid diagnosis from the technician, your request will be rejected until the process is adhered to.
